Account & Data Deletion Request

At Bereans, you have full ownership and control over your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

Option 1: Delete Directly In-App (Instant)

If you have access to the Bereans Mobile App or Web App:

Open the Bereans App and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account and data will be deleted instantly.

Option 2: Submit a Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you may submit a manual deletion request by email:

Email our Data Protection Officer at support@bereans.net with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

Data That Will Be Permanently Removed:

Account credentials, full name, and email record.
Saved bookmarks and scripture study lists.
Personal preferences, notification schedules, and push notification tokens.
